“Amazing amenities! And the best part Skogar falls is just a few walks away. Guess what…. I hiked twice to enjoy the falls and nature at it’s best!! Restrooms and kitchen are very well maintained. Restaurant is right next to the Hostel. What else do you need when the hostel is located at such a prime location! I will recommend Hostel Skogar to everyone!”

I've stayed here 2 years ago with my boyfriend and very much enjoyed our stay. The hostel is clean, no issues with noise and there's a kitchen you can use to make food and tea! The beds were great and the hostel offered all you need on your roundtrip.

It's a cheap and clean stay, in absolute prime location for a hike behind Skogarfoss. The kitchen is well equipped to cook dinner and have breakfast, it's calm, the showers are clean and spacey and the staff is friendly and helpful. Definetly recommended if on a budged in iceland 🙂
